Integrating our Shopify store with the Pulse Commerce Order & Inventory Management Platform has enabled us to get a truly 360⁰ view of our customers and inventory across all channels (web stores, contact center, brick and mortar, and marketplaces) all in one place without the hassle of multiple systems. The powerful and robust order management tools are best-in-class and helped us grow to the point that we could acquire 2 companies recently! We’re very happy with the Pulse Commerce product, the team, and their dedication to our long-term partnership. Their system up-time and performance is enterprise-grade, backed by really good customer service and technical support.
