This app is easy to use and straightforward. I wanted to remove their branding and I was assigned an agent, her name was Shruti. I really liked that she was straightforward and to the point. She helped resolve my issue and removed the branding for me. She also made sure that my widget was compatible with my website and that everything was working properly - which is a huge plus ! I felt confident after she confirmed the functionality of the widget as she is an expert. She also provided valuable insight, suggesting that I implement a BOGO widget. Thank you so much Shruti!

I am just now learning to use the app. Discount offers are fairly easy, but during a previous offer, not associated with the service I just received, I found it difficult/challenging to add a free product to my offer. The verification assistance i received today was great!
