She also took the time to check several things for me: the widget’s compatibility with my theme, the correct application of discounts, and even how to remove the "Powered by Pumper". Brilliant app, very straight forward and has allowed me to customise the offer to fit my preferences. I also requested that the bundle was slightly altered via the live chat help, and Afira was brilliant and after completing a very quick check to ensure I had everything set up correctly and the app was compatible with the theme, then sorted it for me within a few moments! I would highly recommend.
Just added quantity breaks onto the website, it looks amazing, very clean. great customer service as well, Shivani audited it and checked it before publishing onto the website to make sure everything worked correctly.

This app offers the solution that I was looking for. And Afira was really friendly and helpful. She helped me with checking if the app was compatible with my theme and asked me multiple times if everything was working. She even went out of her way to check if it was working herself. I just downloaded the app maybe 1 day ago. Setup was super simple and the app was active in moments. I was able to personalize the widget to my brand and remove the company's brand from my website. A customer service rep reviewed my site, the functionality, and the cohesion of my brand to the widget. The rep even suggested an additional offer that I had not thought of and presented an article for even more ideas. It felt like a brief consultation, so I'm very pleased : )
