Buyers on Ariba or Coupa shop your B2B catalog by PunchOut. You review every purchase order.
Connect your Shopify B2B catalog to buyer procurement systems that use cXML PunchOut, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa and JAGGAER. Buyers browse contract prices and quantity rules, then transfer the cart to their procurement system as a requisition for approval. Purchase orders land in your PunchRelay inbox for review. A Shopify order is created only when your staff click Create Shopify order. Requires B2B companies, contacts and active company catalogs. Buyer setup is required.
- Offer cXML PunchOut to buyers on Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER and other cXML systems.
- Show each buyer their contract catalog, prices and quantity rules.
- Transfer the buyer's cart to their procurement system as a requisition.
- Review each cXML purchase order in an inbox, then create the Shopify order.
