Extremely well though out app and unparalleled customer support from Kriang. I've been in business for 16 years and rarely came across this level of service. Tried and compared all the other apps in the marketplace for multi-vendor order fulfillment, commissions and payout... Don't waste your time like I did, get this one! It combines all the best features and then some for just a fraction of the price of its competing apps. Feels like a steal...

First and foremost, their customer service is nothing short of exceptional, earning a solid 5-star rating from me. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.
I use Vendor Puppets to keep track of vendor sales on consignment and it is EVERYTHING you can ask for. Navigation is very easy and each page design is clear and user friendly. Kriang is such a kind and helpful person. He always addresses any questions or concerns that I have within 12 hours or less. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for something helpful, easy and worth it!
We are working with many vendors on consignments and looked for a easy solution while giving the vendors the option of viewing their sales. Puppet Vendor is absolute excellent and stunning and the customer service the best I had so far. I suggest to show thumb mails of the vendors sales and the update this feature within a few days for free. If you are looking for a great and reasonable app which works and have a outstanding customer service this should be your choice. We have more than 10.000 articles from >20 vendors and this just works perfect ! A very happy customer ! Markus

As a consignment store operating on a commission sales basis in a physical space and online, with 100 vendors to manage, we have quite a lot of admin. Tons of admin! Puppet Vendors has just saved me days of admin when I could be doing other work. It's easy to use, with instructional videos and tips. The best thing has been Kriang's online chatbox support. Extremely helpful and friendly.
Perfect application for calculating commissions for each seller. The strong point is certainly the customer service which within a few hours, if not a few minutes, always manages to help us and find a solution to everything! Highly recommend!
