I wrote to the team expecting updates to the product, received confirmation that it would happen a week or two later. After a series of follow ups and six months of paying for the app, I received nothing. It was very frustrating.

That said, once the Puppet team saw my initial review, they provided me with a full refund and offered to try again within a tight deadline (no longer need the service given we had to come up with an alternative). It was a nice response.
