This app seem to bounce you back into a NetPacel Dashboard! Tech assistance is non-existent, phones go to voicemail (tried over a 5 hrs,period). Sending emails to resolve enrollment issues gets you canned replies and no solution or follow up. Enrollment is cryptic, using my own API key does not show our preferred rates, can tell if the keys are our or NetParcel. The basic NetParcel fees are not discounted... thats a marketing plow...trying to load this App is a pain but have limited option when you have a Cda store..Shopify offers no shipping options other than Canada post which leave very few options as far as i can tell. I cannot rate the functionality of this service as I have 6 hours of labour trying to get this done.. I rate a 1 star simply on the lack o response... if you are an on-line shipper and have to rely tech support for help you will be raising your blood pressure without a doubt. I may come back and alter this review if I can get it working but at this point i would say the care they put towards support i may never get a call back... what a colossal cluster of ineptitude!
Using this app has been a very time consuming process, I’ve had to contact support none stop. Definitely would NOT recommend you use it unless changed are made. Thank you
After a long process to get an Activation Key, entering in acct info, watching a setup video ...no real time rates at checkout! Very disappointed.
After screwing around with the app, even though shopify was showing that the real time rates were set up, it would not work. Waste of time.
