Do not rate the app, used 3 times now for 3 new collections and every time I have issues. The chat button doesnt ever work either. I can never release the goods so I take payments to late.. I have to do it on the shopify end and not the app end, which your not meant to do but never works or loads otherwise. Dont recommend I wont be using again

The best pre-order app. Incredible development help too. This is so simple to use and takes about 2 minutes to get set up. Couldn't more highly recommend. So easy to to change ship dates. Purple dot does all the hard work for you

Great customer service from this app, we had a technical issue and they ran me through step by step and also took over where I couldn't to resolve the issue. A great tool for pre-order.

This app has served us well for taking pre-orders and the customer support has been amazing whenever we've had an issue. Only recommendation for improvement would be an easier way to transition a product from pre-order to regular orders such as transferring the remaining pre-order inventory to available inventory. Right now, I have to make those changes manually (and remember to do it).

We've been searching for a solution to do pre-orders. The purple dot team is absolutely amazing. We've launched a number of products, and we've saved so much resources from not over producing. Amazing idea, fantastic execution. Highly highly recommend.
