Great app, easy to use!
Service has helped us run preorders in the ways that work well for our business practices. Support team was quick to help resolve some theme issues to support. Well worth a look if you need to simply manage preorders.
The app works great, continuous improvements are being made and support is instant and very helpful.
The team at PurpleDot is truly remarkable. Our platform is somewhat complex and they have went above and beyond in working with us to troubleshoot. We have had great success and look forward to adding more items to the waitlist for pre-order. Thank you PurpleDot!

This app has served us well for taking pre-orders and the customer support has been amazing whenever we've had an issue. Only recommendation for improvement would be an easier way to transition a product from pre-order to regular orders such as transferring the remaining pre-order inventory to available inventory. Right now, I have to make those changes manually (and remember to do it).
We've been searching for a solution to do pre-orders. The purple dot team is absolutely amazing. We've launched a number of products, and we've saved so much resources from not over producing. Amazing idea, fantastic execution. Highly highly recommend.

Great App, support helped answer questions immediately. We had some issues arise in the beginning but were resolved in a quick manner. Would recommend to others!
The Purple Dot app has been wonderful for our store to accomplish pre-orders in a way that we were not able to in the past with other tools. The team was amazing assisting us with implementation and has been responsive with any questions we have had since then. We will definitely continue to use Purple Dot and recommend this app to other stores with similar needs!

Purple Dot is such a great app! We started using it very recently, so we're kicking ourselves for not finding it sooner. Before Purple Dot, we took some pre-orders, but it was no different than how we took orders for in-stock items. And one of the benefits with Purple Dot is the amount of time we've saved by not having to constantly email angry customers asking us when their purchase will arrive. Not to mention the stellar and responsive help from the support team!
Full Disclosure: We have yet to fulfill a pre-order, but I'm optimistic the process will be great.
