The feature to upsell or sell add-ons, such as gift wrap or cart updates with Shopify native discounts, may be perceived as pushy by some customers. If not carefully implemented, these upsell prompts could annoy customers, especially if they feel pressured into making additional purchases during checkout.

We've just received your feedback on your experience with our app. Regarding your concern, let us clarify it a bit to provide more information:

1. The app only syncs discounts with Shopify when users manually trigger the process by clicking the "Sync Discount" button. This ensures that merchants have full control over their discount updates. We'd like to highlight that if the Sync Discount button has not been clicked, the discount will not be synced to the Product Offer/Add-ons.

2. 3. The Product Offer and Add-ons are only available in the Shopify Plus store. While your store is a Basic store, we're wondering how you would have experienced these features.
