Questo dettaglio poteva allarmare gli utenti, dando l'impressione di un sito poco affidabile. Quindi, ho contattato l’assistenza per risolvere il problema, ma le risposte sono arrivate con lentezza, lasciandomi in attesa per giorni e senza fornire una soluzione concreta.

Assistenza poco tempestiva e poco professionale. Non mi era mai successo che il supporto di un'app mi portasse a considerare un’alternativa, perchè non in grado di risolvere il problema. Davvero deludente.
