Quindi, ho contattato l’assistenza per risolvere il problema, ma le risposte sono arrivate con lentezza, lasciandomi in attesa per giorni e senza fornire una soluzione concreta.

Assistenza poco tempestiva e poco professionale. Non mi era mai successo che il supporto di un'app mi portasse a considerare un’alternativa, perchè non in grado di risolvere il problema. Davvero deludente.
