Besides having the ability to chat with customers via Facebook chat or other conversation tools that you can integrate from anywhere, we created Question Pop; in which merchants could gather any question from shoppers, have their contact emails, and manage statuses of questions (answered, unanswered), without having to change any of liquid template files.
