Omar did a great job with set-up. I am looking forward to seeing how well this integrates and syncs. I have had trouble with other syncing apps in the past.

UPDATE
10 days before Christmas, our busiest time of the year, and they set up our sync incorrectly and messed up thousands of inventory numbers for both our physical stores. We are beyond upset.

Do not use them! They completely messed up my inventory, thousands of products and not one is correct!!! I have to redo my entire inventory which will take several days to recount!! ALso the asked for my review before even starting the syncing process, so before I would know if it worked! That is why they have so many good reviews! Very very disappointing, I will aslo report this to shopify and square, they should not trust a company like this witht their app.

The software started out amazing. The first two people I worked with in customer service 5 stars no doubt. The 3rd representative I had did not listen to me at all. She started to un-sync the products to start fixing it in the middle of the day taking down my inventory system from Square which is what I run in my storefront. It took over 12 hours. (Yay, now we get to re-inventory everything and can't get a manager to communicate with me.) The 4th representative started re-syncing my items. The 1st and 2nd representatives had my thousands of items synced in less than 30 minutes. I'm over 3 hours in and less than 300 products are synced. I've requested a supervisor to speak with me multiple times with no success. Truly disappointed with the level of disregard for taking down someone's store inventory down without permission.
