eBay Integration ‑ QuickSync

Joseph opened a chat with me to better guide me through process, very transparent and gave me all the options and limitations of what I wanted to do. Ultimately it was not what I was after however the Q&A was outstanding and could no fault it. What we need is being built and I look forward to when that is ready.

****Edit to my first review...***** UGH! I've been using this app for a few months with promises of the issues I have being fixed. This app does NOT work as promised. I have had multiple items sync to ebay and list them there for $1 and none of my inventory shows multiple sizes. Whenever I reach out to ask the status of them resolving the issues, they tell me that their IT is in discussions with the IT team of Ebay... this sounds somewhat false.

I've asked for a refund, and they say they will send it up to their manager, but all I get is crickets.

DO NOT USE THIS APP if you are wanting to save time, money, and have something that works correctly.

Joseph is a life saver!! He took a lot of time and set up the app for me. When there were too many items to add to ebay he suggested I go through my products and choose the items I wanted to list.... and then sent me screenshots to explain how to accomplish that.

He has saved me time and money and I completely appreciate his care and expertise.

I definitely recommend this app.... especially because of the wonderful support I received.

Joseph was really kind and professional ! He helped me transfer all my listing from eBay to Shopify. I'm still exploring the app and testing it. So far, everything seems good. I have to see how everything can be synchronised as I got an order on shopify, but my listing on eBay was not deleted. Furthermore, maybe I don't know how yet, but so far when I purchased shipping labels on shopify, I had to manually upload the tracking number on eBay. Interesting app & concept, but need to learn how to use it

I tried using this app on my own maybe 2-3 Months ago and got very frustrated and deleted it. After waiting I decided to give the app another chance, Omar reached out to me through the message Portal and helped answer and fix any issues I had. I started having Omar upload my products and it was really fast uploading our products. Once again all thanks to Omar!!!

Omar did a fantastic job contacting me when I logged in to resolve my issue. Always a step ahead. Top-of-the-line customer service. Super fast response. Syncing listing is the perfect top app for syncing products right away and worry-free.

I tried the app and first it would not shink - i missed a step then it said it was shinking and took around 2 1/2 to finish. Problem is nothing actually sync to Ebay. They said it was shipping on ebay i checked it all was good. In the end I deleted the app as it just wasnt working.

The support team, especially Jason and ElHassan, was incredibly helpful and professional! They assisted me greatly in transferring all my listings from eBay to Shopify. I'm still getting to know the app and testing its features. So far, everything looks great. I'm really pleased that everything synced smoothly without affecting my eBay store. We Tried a number of different apps. before we found QuickSync for eBay.

So easy to use, Extremely helpful live chat help. Had a few issues, but the QuickSync Team handled them straight away and all been perfect.

GLAD i found QuickSync - makes syncing to eBay and shopify possible.
Even in the app an option to have different pricing on eBay and shopify which saves so much time.

Omar has been a wonderful and responsive customer service rep and has kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of using this app.

There are some functions that did not work at the beginning, but the team has been very willing to get involved and try and adjust the functionality for our needs. We are optimistic that this app will improve our Shopify to eBay experience.
