The app is easy to use and the design is customisable to an extent too - which is great! The best part is how helpful and quick the Quinn team is in resolving any and every query, they are there to support, are hands on and have a quick turnaround time too! Which is super appreciated when you’re a lean team.
While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

Just onboarded with them for our new e-commerce clothing website, and overall they have been very helpful in setting up and executing this app on our webite. The entire onboarding process has been smooth, especially for someone who is using Shopify for the first time.
The video app adds a touch of class to the website, and I would say is a must have for any product based website due to its focus on video content. The insta like look is pretty nice.
