Merchants value this app for boosting engagement and sales through interactive quizzes. It's praised for intuitive setup, extensive customization, and seamless integration with Klaviyo and Shopify. The app handles complex configurations like logic jumps and personalized recommendations well. Merchants find it user-friendly and commend the responsive support team. It effectively increases email captures and reduces support inquiries, offering a tailored experience that aligns with branding needs.
Doesn't work as advertised: you can't use AI to build quizzes. And, if you have a large amount of data, their new "AI Shopping Assistant" won't work for you.
Thank you for the honest feedback! We're sorry the original wording was misleading — our listing described the AI quiz-building in a way that overpromised, and that's on us. We've updated it to be accurate: the AI powers the results and recommendations rather than building the quiz itself, and templates get a quiz set up quickly.
On the AI Shopping Assistant and larger catalogs: you've hit a real limitation with bigger datasets, and it's one we're actively working to expand.
