I’ve been using Quiz Kit: Smart Product Finder for over three years, after previously relying on a quiz we had coded from scratch. Still waiting for their "tech support" to fix things, when the issue was first identified four days ago.

Clearly no urgency, hopefully they are able to actually fix the problem, instead of wasting more of my time trying to explain whats going on.

For an app so expensive - You would expect better.

I installed and tested a few quiz apps from the app store, but ended up staying with this one. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and looks great on both the backend and frontend. The support team replies quickly and helped me with a few customizations, overall a really solid experience.
