Quiz Kit: Product Quiz Maker

I want to start by saying that I would love to update this review once I get some support on my issue. My team and I are so excited to use Quiz Kit based on all the wonderful reviews from other users, but we have not had a positive experience so far.

We cannot figure out how to use the AI logic for our results. After reading the help pages and watching a few tutorial videos, we are still completely lost. Maybe the interface has updated recently, so the articles and videos are not as helpful now.

We put in a ticket a week ago and have not received a response. We have also opened multiple conversations with the chat bot (during the listed support hours) and again have not received any support.

Please, Quiz Kit Team, reach out and help us through this learning curve, and I would love to update this review. Thank you.

This app has been an amazing tool for increasing our email capturing efforts, and it easily integrates with our marketing app. It also helps our customers learn about our products, and make informed decisions with their purchases. The app was taking far too long to load for a long time, we contacted quite a few times to get the issue resolved. Thankfully Myron has now found the issue and has fixed whatever was causing the lag, so the quiz now loads within a normal timeframe.
