Wholesale and custom-order merchants quote buyers before they buy, but Shopify draft orders cannot be printed until they are completed. Quote PDF reads an existing draft order and produces a branded PDF quotation you can send for approval. You choose the draft, add a reference, validity date and terms, then download the file. Amounts, discounts, shipping and tax come straight from the draft, so nothing is recalculated or changed. The draft order itself is never modified, completed or charged.
