Not compatible with Shopify Extensibility despite being 3 months away from all brands having to switch to checkout extensions. Rakuten currently has no ETA to become compatible with checkout extensions, but I am hoping this will change. This leaves all brands on checkout extensions unable to use the app for accurate tracking until they update it to become compatible.

We are actively working on this integration and will have a more permanent solution before Shopify's August timeline, but until then we can provide several alternative ways to work with our network through Shopify.
