A great app with a lot of thoughtful and unique features (e.g. AI review drafting). It's also has more affordable tiers for a new store like ours. A little bit tricker to set up due to the amount of features and customisation possible - I was able to do most of it myself no problem but a couple of the more advanced features I needed to reach out to the developer, William. Luckily, he is super helpful and really cares about making his app great.

I saw many recommendations for this app from fellow business owners. It is also very handy to start with as a small business, so we chose it. We have no regrets with our choice and will definitely keep using Rapid Reviews. It is light on our website and the support from William is amazing as he's just a message away. We recommend it 100%.

After testing many different review apps on Shopify, this one stands out by far as the best. You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more.

The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate.

The app is packed full of features and easy to use. I keep finding new features like adding the App as a extension in the admin panel to the edit product page. This allows you to manage the reviews for a product directly from the edit product page.

William Belk has been the most responsive app developer I have communicated with. He was quick to add a new feature, and that is something I have never seen happen from an app developer. He created a new Flow trigger for Rapid Reviews that runs when a "Review is published". This allows us to automate adding reward points to our Loyalty app.

Rapid Reviews is brilliant, highly configurable, and the review sections fit perfectly into the look of my website and my Shopify theme. I needed a little help to get started, and William was on hand to answer questions and get me set up. He even inserted custom CSS for me and made a few tweaks to get everything set up exactly as I wanted. I agree with another review here that praises William for going above and beyond. A great Shopify add-on.

I've been using Rapid Reviews for two of my Shopify stores since last year. I switched from Stamped to Rapid Reviews and couldn't be happier! Stamped was beginning to slow my site down. I found Rapid Reviews and haven't looked back! But the best thing I can say here is that William Belk gives incredible support - he just goes over and beyond. l have been using rapid reviews for a few months now. lt is an excellent app and the service provided is truely one of the kind. Setting everything up is extremely easy and there are instruction docs provided on almost every aspect of the app. Furthermore, if you do run into any trouble William Belk is quick to respond and ready to solve your issue. l doubt that you could get this kind of service with any other review app and l highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and customer friendly review app. Don't waste your time on other apps.
