Rapid Reviews is a great app — easy to use and very affordable. Best of all, the support from William has been outstanding. He’s extremely responsive, always quick to answer questions, and even helped with the installation to make sure everything was set up perfectly.

First and foremost is William Belk. He's amazingly fast in installing, amending or fixing any issues. Secondly, he's always improving the app. Third, it doesn't affect my page speed - at all.

After testing many different review apps on Shopify, this one stands out by far as the best. You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more.

The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate.

I would highly recommend this app. After testing many product reviews apps this was the only one that did not have a negative impact to the speed of our website. This is important because this app is loading on every product page.

The app is packed full of features and easy to use. I keep finding new features like adding the App as a extension in the admin panel to the edit product page. This allows you to manage the reviews for a product directly from the edit product page.

William Belk has been the most responsive app developer I have communicated with. He was quick to add a new feature, and that is something I have never seen happen from an app developer. He created a new Flow trigger for Rapid Reviews that runs when a "Review is published". This allows us to automate adding reward points to our Loyalty app.

I've been using Rapid Reviews for two of my Shopify stores since last year. I switched from Stamped to Rapid Reviews and couldn't be happier! Stamped was beginning to slow my site down. I found Rapid Reviews and haven't looked back! But the best thing I can say here is that William Belk gives incredible support - he just goes over and beyond. This alone will be why I will be a loyal Rapid Reviews user!

l have been using rapid reviews for a few months now. lt is an excellent app and the service provided is truely one of the kind. Setting everything up is extremely easy and there are instruction docs provided on almost every aspect of the app. Furthermore, if you do run into any trouble William Belk is quick to respond and ready to solve your issue. l doubt that you could get this kind of service with any other review app and l highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and customer friendly review app. Don't waste your time on other apps. Just trust the reviews. This many people surely can't be wrong.

In the past we worked with many review platforms. We were one of the first paying customers of yotpo, but over time, we did not get any new features unless we would have upgraded to insanely expensive plans. Then we switched to stamped.io . Because of their poor code quality our checkout broke, which is of course horrible, and so we switched to reviews.io OVerall their integration was sluggish and we could not customize it the way we wanted to.
I did a not of research, looked into Junip etc but then found rapidreviews. As the name implies, the reviews are in fact rapid. We got a long free trial and the owner William Belk, was really good in helping us getting reviews imported, and getting set up. The speed, service level as well as the low price are all reasons we will keep working with rapidreviews. We are able to integrate with Klaviyo and collect our reviews that way. They also have their own AMP template which is nice, but at this point I am more interested in video reviews. While rapidreviews can collect them, it is right now not something you can promote with AMP or their regular emails.
I would love to have the ability to push video reviews more with rapidreviews, as those are what moves the needle the most.
Overall still 5 stars for Rapidreviews
