Have just installed the app, haven't used it yet, but the amount of support from William made installation very easy, even for someone who has absolute 0 knowledge about domains and such.

Great app, looks fantastic and integrates seamlessly with my site. Can't fault the support from Will either, super helpful as I transferred over from another review app.

Perfectly executed, cleanly coded app. Easy to setup, easy to customize and everything works at a very affordable price. Great replacement for the now gone Shopify Reviews! Doesn't hurt that William provides lighting fast, excellent support.

This app has a low impact on your shop's performance, and William is quick to assist with setup and support. My previous reviews collector had a negative effect on my Shopify Performance score. As I was exploring ways to improve speed, William reached out with helpful information and statistics. After making several adjustments, such as reducing animations and standardizing the color palette, I noticed some modest improvements in performance. However, the most significant improvement came when I removed the old reviews app and installed Rapid Reviews, which nearly doubled my Shopify Performance score. I highly recommend this app for its quick support from William (the developer) and its minimal impact on store performance.

Had a bit of issues with Stamped reviews, reached out to William for help and code installation of Rapid Reviews.
He Went above and beyond to integrate Rapid Reviews to my store as well as matching the theme and colors of the store. This was all done within 48 hours and his professionalism/communication was impeccable.
