Great app. Rapid Reviews has vastly improved our review elements load speed from our previous app. It's functionality and widgets are also very good as is the price.

Amazing review app! Super fast and lightweight with full functionality as compared to Loox, Judge.me, etc. My theme was also giving me trouble and William implemented a fix for me within an hour of submitting my support request (on Thanksgiving day, no less). Glad I found this app!

We are a small bespoke business and our reviews are not plentiful, but they are authentic and well regarded by other customers, so the process of gathering and managing them is critical to us. We have been using another provider for two years, and have faced constant issues -political and physical on how they were handled and published. After ignoring the first few email solicits from William at Rapid Reviews, I finally gave in and had a one-on-one conference to discuss my issues and needs going forward. I wish I had responded to his emails immediately and wish this platform was available to me two years ago. I was swapped out and up and seamlessly running on the new platform within 24 hours.
