Turn B2B net terms into an accounts receivable aging report: who owes you, and how overdue.

You sell wholesale on net terms, but Shopify never tells you what you are owed — so you go order by order, or keep a spreadsheet. Basis Receivables reads your B2B companies, orders and payment terms and builds the report Shopify leaves out: an AR aging ledger per company, worst first. Unpaid orders from drafts count too, Company or not. Customer statements, CSV export and drafted reminders for overdue invoices. Works on any paid plan, not only Plus. Read-only. Nothing is stored.

• Aged receivables report: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days, by company
• Customer statements to print or save as PDF, and the aging report as CSV
• Unpaid orders from draft orders, Company or not, are aged too
• Drafted payment reminders for overdue invoices, softer when no due date is set
• Read-only: no write scopes, so it cannot change an order, a price or a customer
