Truly a "set it and forget it" solution. I check in occasionally just to confirm everything is running smoothly, and we're currently seeing a rise in wins...what more could you ask for?!?! It saves you time, money, and a whole lot of stress. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.
Reclaim was a no-brainer for us to choose. It takes all the work out of it so my team can work on high-impact tasks, and gets us money back at a higher rate than if we were to do it ourselves. 10/10. Ethan has always been a great help along the way.
Finally a solution that takes away the admin burden of identifying, processing, and following up with chargebacks. The Redo Reclaim AI agents automates that - set it and forget it. Our win-rate has been 60%, which is excellent, especially given the fact that we don't have to spend time on chasing chargebacks anymore.

I've fought over 10 chargebacks and I think I have a 30-40% success rate even though all the evidence I provided showed that the customer was in the wrong.
I enabled Reclaim to test it out and won my first chargeback this year.
