We desperately wanted this app to work for us. Support team would disappear for weeks or months at a time and was never able to fully sync transactions through without errors resulting in a significant amount of time manually reviewing, editing or deleting transactions.
Developer has since billed us nearly $1000 and we have had to stop integration and delete all invoices as a result of ongoing syncing issues Requests for refunds or resolving issues were ignored despite repeated efforts.
Sadly cannot recommend.
This app saves me a lot of time by automatically creating Xero invoices for my monthly Shopify & Paypal Xero bank reconciliations. Simple to set up but also really configurable. Hard to fault. And any issues are almost immediately resolved by the support team.

I would recommend this app, which works perfectly most of the time. There is an online Chat helpline if you have any problems and the team are pretty quick to respond.
Neo was really helpful in sorting out a problem with the mappings on one of our two accounts. I recommend using the chat facility to get a faster response if you have any issues.
This has made our reconciliations so much quicker! And if there are any small errors, the team are quick to sort this out. Special mention to Eric, so friendly and really understands our needs! The guys here at Reconcil.ly are super responsive and have developed an app that has solved a lot of problems for us. Saved us an immense amount of time and stress. Well done team.
