Although this app has not been cheap, it has worked extremely well for us over the past year and a half.
It's made reconciling both PayPal payments and Shopify payments so much easier in Xero. We have had the occasional issue which was always resolved quickly by support using the chat.
Personally I rate this as a very good app that made business much easier when using Shopify for front of house and Xero in the backend.
We used it for Multi Currency which again worked very well.
As with most apps it's important to set it up correctly and there are a few things to be careful of in here, but support helped with that when we started using it back in May 2024
app went down for 2-3 days with no update from the dev team. Seems to be working again
We desperately wanted this app to work for us. Support team would disappear for weeks or months at a time and was never able to fully sync transactions through without errors resulting in a significant amount of time manually reviewing, editing or deleting transactions.
Developer has since billed us nearly $1000 and we have had to stop integration and delete all invoices as a result of ongoing syncing issues Requests for refunds or resolving issues were ignored despite repeated efforts.
Sadly cannot recommend.
This app saves me a lot of time by automatically creating Xero invoices for my monthly Shopify & Paypal Xero bank reconciliations. Simple to set up but also really configurable. Hard to fault. And any issues are almost immediately resolved by the support team.

I would recommend this app, which works perfectly most of the time. There is an online Chat helpline if you have any problems and the team are pretty quick to respond.
