Awesome customer service, shoutout to Vladimir. This app is great and I think every store should have this set up. This gives your customer a chance to interact with your site and make another purchase instead of just leaving your site after checkout. It only took 5 minutes to set up - needed some help and alex answered via chat immediately, helped me out and just made the experience perfect.
