Excellent app- genuinely giving us sales uplift and Customer Support is excellent -just had Ashley for example not only help us out on a glitsch but saved us bags of admin time offering to make the changes for us too-big thanks! a godsend to busy SME's!

Their customer support is AMAZING. Not only did they solve my issue within an hour (which wasn't even an issue, it was my fault, user error!) but they were so patient with me and even took the time to send video recordings of what they were seeing on their end to help me understand. Great team & great app! I got an upsell order on the very first order after I installed it!

The functionality of the app is quite wide and convenient. Support service is working really good. I got very quick and informative response every time I needed help. Moreover, we have been using the Reconvert since 2020 and it still continues to be indispensable in our store. Definitely recommend!

Very helpful. I was ready to remove the app, but it was nice and easy to talk with someone that was willing to help customize to make it flow easier. Sometimes all the apps can make it a headache when you have to do it youself, but they did it all for me, which was less stressful.
