I needed support for my custom items and Alex was super helpful. I own a gift shop where you can personalize just about any item. When a customer would make a purchase using the upsell feature, the customization options were not showing up at all. I had to email the customer separately and ask them how they wanted to customize their items. It's listed for them to do so on my website, but if they use the app and make a purchase through the app, what they requested disappears. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained things to me so that I know how to use the feature on my store without it affecting the Customer's experience. Thanks Alex!

This app really works great for our e-commerce store, we are using since more than a month and our ROAS is 41 for post-purchase sell which is amazing. This app upselling is unique as it allows you to customize the customers order page which is a great place to upsell as well I never seen an app that offers this. The great news is that its my 3rd day with the app installed and I already got my first upsell convertion, so a far a great app

I originally used this app to customize my customer's tracking experience but ended up loving the clean upsell page on the checkout page. The editing options are extensive and the pricing model is very fair and great for the value of content.

Solid. Has lead to a decent amount of upsells (well worth the money) and the support was good when I had an issue. Also, major upgrade to the Thank You page UX wise. Would recommend!
