The UI is fairly easy to use for someone that is not techie. Being able to receive feedback from your customers as well as provide a thank you coupon on purchase has been so valuable.

We've are big fans of this app as it's really helped drive AOV - and have had no customer complaints! Recently had a small issue where users were able to "game us" by using the pop-up offer again several days/weeks later. I spoke with Anton and he quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem.
