I haven't been using it long but I have set up a template for my thank you/order confirmation page. I love the options this app provides to add additional selling opps to improve my conversions. I also had to reach out to their support team, it ended up being a user error but the rep (Inna) was not only helpful but very patient as she helped to walk through what I though was an issue. I'm looking forward to using the app more and seeing how it will help my conversions (fingers-crossed:-) !
