Well, I started out assuming this App would be very intuitive and I watched several YouTubes and was trying to figure it out and about gave up when I saw a chat window pop and and Shafta asked me if I needed help.
I was truly amazed that Shafta was a real person and not a stupid AI bot (those are rarely helpful). She was amazing- understood what we were looking for and even created little videos. She, and ReConvert App, has restored my faith in humanity w/ help in tech related products.
