Quick review - it works and is more than paying it's own way, I would certainly recommend.

Slightly longer review - I have found the team to be both helpful and pragmatic, whilst there are some aspects which I would like changing in the next update(s) I appreciate that our precise needs are not necessarily reflective of the 'mass market' however when speaking to the team they were very honest and direct about what changes/improvements could and would be made which made a refreshing change from some other Apps who dangle the carrot and promise the earth only to not ultimately deliver.

We are seeing an approx 6-8x ROI however I anticipate that this could be improved significantly if there were just a few tweaks made to the accompanying 'Order Merger' app which unfortunately doesn't (at this moment in time) work for our store (but which I suspect would add value for most stores, especially if they fulfill themselves and don't use a 3PL).

App was really intuitive and simple to set up - for once something I could do myself rather than beg for help from others, and on the rare occasion where I have had to query something with the team they have always been super responsive.

The post-purchase upsell page can sometimes take a second or so longer than I would like to 'pop-up' on the 'thank you' page however this doesn't appear to have impacted our conversions.

In summary, a simple yet effective app that I would definitely recommend and which has certainly paid its own way (and then some) so far (NB we have been using for 4-5 weeks now).

Great App! highly recommend it if you want to maximise your customer order value. Can take some tweaking to get exactly right, but it's worth the effort.

The Funnel pages are easily mange able Thanks pages and different theme that all already in the app is useful to us>

Excellent support and a great app! There was a support agent ready to answer any of my questions throughout the onboarding process of the app. Love the features overall. Very intuitive to use.

Ashley helped me with a few questions and requests I had. His response was very fast and efficient and helped me solve all of my problems.

STARTED GETTING SALES THE 1ST DAY. I LOVE THE BIRTHDAY CAPTURE ADD ON THEY HAVE AS WELL. CURRENTLY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF ITS MORE PROFITABLE TO DO PRODUCTS I CHOOSE TO UPSELL, OR LET IT HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY. GOING TO DO 1 WEEK TRIAL BOTH WAYS TO FIND OUT.

Great app. The service is great and the usability is amazing. I can only recommend it highly. Especially good for recurring customers.

Though I haven't any conversions in my store until now, It's very useful and permits me to create thank you page in different languages. Great!

Super easy to set up and works well. I started recommending products and collecting birthdays right away. Support is prompt and helpful too!
