We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.
