ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell!

Saumya was very helpful, she explained the app and payment process well, it was enough to convince me to give it a go (even though i was after a free app)

All I can say this upsell app is amazing. You guys should try.

Ho avuto la possibilità di essere supportato da Shafta e non solo mi aiutato e mi ha chiarito la questione che ho riportato ma mi anche dato il suo supporto pratico per l'aggiunta degli upsell nella pagina di ringraziamento, si è presa il carico di farlo lei al mio posto liberandomi del tempo e fornendomi un lavoro completato e ottimale. :)

I've just signed up and am jumping in with help from the chat feature. Ashley was very patient with all of my questions and kind enough to stay on the chat with me for a long time while I figured things out. So far I'm very happy with ReConvert.

Don't know if app works actually. I installed it but didn't even activate any functionality (app not working actually, not fully installed, neither with the access to the information it needed) and even though, charges where made.
Customer success does not exist, and when we escalated to the app team, the answer was some kind of "terms and conditions were clear, you didn't use it, there is nothing I can do, and we will not refund anything, even if you didn't fully install the app".

After all, we build most of the functionality the app promised from our side with the check out extensibility (I dont know if better of worst than the app, I didn't even used it!)

I recently installed the ReConvert app on my Shopify store, and I was extremely impressed with the support I received from Alex. He guided me through the entire setup process and ensured everything was configured perfectly for my store. Although I haven’t seen results yet since I just started using the app today, I’m very happy with the excellent support and availability Alex provided, which made the onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll be sure to return and share my feedback on the app’s performance once I start seeing results. Thank you!
