support is very responsive and helpful, i wish they had an interface where you can customize the colors and looks of the widgets whithout going through the shopify editor but i guess that's something they can work on after,

Phenomenal support from Alex, who helped me configure a whole funnel in minutes. Reconvert is by far one of my favorite upsell apps, as it delivers exactly what it promises.

Used this app back Q4 2023 with the legacy version. I did find it a little bit confusing, but when using the new version it's all more clear and easy to use. It did generate some extra orders so I do recommend it.
