ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell

Excellent app! Easy to use. Setting up everything just took me a few minutes, from funnels to the thank you pages.

Being a fairly new user of ReConvert, i was still a little bit confused by how the app works despite watching youtube videos.

I then went to chat with customer support and I would like to thank Riya for solving my issues. I understand that it is not easy working as customer support as they have so many queries from different clients to answer to.

But nonetheless, Riya was very patient in assisting me throughout the whole time and her replies were very prompt as well despite me being away at times.

Thank you so much once again Riya! I wished the world had more customer support like you :)

Excellent App & Support Right from the Start!

I just installed ReConvert, and I’m already so impressed! Ash from the support team helped me set up everything perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. His assistance made the process quick and easy, and I couldn’t be happier with the support.

Saumya answered all my questions and I got and heard exactly what I needed and wanted to hear. As long as I make sales, I will continue to use this app!

Pricing is super confusing. When it says you'll be charged based on usage fees, I would think that means for the actual app itself making me money. In the 6 months I had the app I only got 3 upsell orders but but they were charging me every month sometimes as high as $14.99 in usage fees and I'm not sure for what. So any extra money I made on the upsells went back to them and beyond. How are you charging people for sales you didn't make? And the flows are not easy to setup at all. Going to go back to honeybear upsells.

Reconvert has been great so far, and Ash's help in setting it up made all the difference! They were incredibly supportive, guiding me through the process and promptly answering all my questions. I look forward to seeing how it performs!
