I was having issues with connecting and setting up the app. Alex was there as soon as I reached out via chat. He attempted to walk me through set-up and I was still a little confused. Alex offered to make the updates/install for me. Awesome service and very excited about the use of this app.

Not shopify plus,the use of functionality is very restricted,whether or not the orders traded through this app are charged a monthly basic service fee,compared to other apps of the same type of upsell to be a lot more expensive,do not recommend!

Our app is only customizing the thank you page, we never wrote and said that our app includes the feature you asked for :\
