I was a bit confused at first since I just finished my first website on here. However, the in-suite customer care representative Vladimir helped out tremendously. Not only did he provide the directories for adding to the features of the client, he also explained in detail how to integrate it into my site.

Impressive App. Support is very on point. I don't like the fact that the post purchase upsells count as a new order. This creates false Facebook Pixel data and bad data all around. I sent a request to development team. OCU provides the 1 order combination but this format seems much better if they can provide this solution.

Just loaded this app so this review is about the setup process. The video tutorials are thorough and make it very easy to set up - great work! The free up to 50 orders is a great value also for new shopify stores. Hopefully, we'll see some upsells.
Update - 12/4/2019, we received our first upsell today via timer widget - thanks for the support to confirm everything works as it should!
