Just installed the app and trying it out. Really like the features and possibilities I can envision with this app so far. Should help with customer loyalty and branding. Also already had a couple of questions. I used the chat option in the app and was responded to several times within 15 minutes. So far so good.

Came across this app whilst looking for something else, but reading what it can do it caught my attention so didnt hesitate to download it. The customer service is on point, it really helps the chat being live and 24hrs. I found every representive I had to be really helpful and make sure I understood things along the way, as it can be confusing communicating via messages. I'd definately recommend the app it has good features :)

My review is about ReConvert's customer service. I'm blown away. After struggling to set up another upsell app for 2 hours - I added ReConvert. Within 5 minutes, Alex was chatting with me and setting everything up FOR ME! All I did was answer basic questions and he went to work. 20 minutes later, I am all set up and am one very happy, and impressed, customer. So glad I made the switch. I was helped by a very amiable man named Blessing - he answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me - I had just installed the app and wanted to check it was all in order.
