My review is about ReConvert's customer service. I'm blown away. After struggling to set up another upsell app for 2 hours - I added ReConvert. Within 5 minutes, Alex was chatting with me and setting everything up FOR ME! All I did was answer basic questions and he went to work. 20 minutes later, I am all set up and am one very happy, and impressed, customer. So glad I made the switch. I was helped by a very amiable man named Blessing - he answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me - I had just installed the app and wanted to check it was all in order. I have just installed this app so I will have to give feedback on how it is working later down the line, but so far I am impressed with the customer service.
