Easy to install and set up. I had one small Q and received help (from an actual person!) straight away. He also then checked everything was working, which was v reassuring for someone with zero tech experience! Thanks again. Edit 1 year later: the app is working really well and certainly improves my conversion! Highly recommended. Edit 2: Two years later and the app is still working great! The customer service is always fast and efficient. One of the best apps out there.
