Abandoned carts are detected in real time from a web pixel, and each shopper gets a real conversation over SMS or RCS, not a broadcast blast. Shoppers reply in their own words and get answered. The discount code is held back and revealed when it moves the sale, with a pre-filled checkout link. After an order is fulfilled, Zobi follows up for a review and the next purchase. You pay only on recovered revenue.
