Rediem has been great for building out our rewards programs! I really love how flexible it is for creating fun, on-brand earning events such as, photo uploads, text submissions, and receipt uploads, instead of a traditional points system.
Customer comms and CX materials were easy to put together, and pulling program data has been simple too. Solid platform if you're a Shopify brand wanting a loyalty program that feels creative, not cookie cutter. Highly recommend!
