It does work by inserting the code line to your page content which is great if you have multi-language store and if you care about the loading speed of your website.
Also, it is available to customize the style of the page. Support will do it for you for free. You just need to provide them with your design.

Conjured Referrals is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to use (for both us and our customers), and super versitile. We haven't taken advantage of their *free* design services, but we definitely plan to in the near future.
