Referral Candy & Affiliate

We have just signed up for a one month trial. I have just finished an induction with Benz who was most helpful. Thank you Benz. Looking forward to lots of referrals.

We're using Referral Candy to launch our latest referral program. Super simple set up and configuration. The only gotcha during our integration testing was that the fraud prevention was catching our self referred orders, but I guess that's a good thing :). Their support was super responsive and Karen helped me understand exactly what was going on and aided me in placing a successful test order.

Mardie on the customer service team was great! Ran me through how each email and notification delivered to our customers!

Great customer support experience. JC really helps solve the issue, hope we will have a good coporation later.

Excellent client service, thank you Tom K. !!! However, some of the features are not translated into French (ex: the widget) which makes it incomplete to use in French language :(:( It would be great if this could be taken into account and improved.

Needed help with support to get things started but their support team was great - very helpful and responded quickly.

I'm still working on launching our referral program, but so far the support from JC and Lorraine on the RC team has been very helpful! Happy with the app and support so far.

Referral Candy is great. We just start using it, but it has basically everything we need. The only thing is that the referral widget (the little gift icon) is a bit too small to notice. We really love the landing page (embedded widget) and it can be added to our navigation to increase impressions. Customer support is super helpful & responsive. Thanks Benz & JC for helping us out!

Our brand signed up for Referral Candy and had so many questions about navigation, implementation, and set up – however Jon was so amazing in answering our questions with ease and supporting us every step of the way!
