We have just started using this app and it seems quite promising so far. But the reason I wanted to write this is because of the fantastic customer support. Customer onboarding is undoubtedly an important step and we had a few questions.
Karen from customer support was extremely helpful and answered all our questions in detail.

So far so good! The app is simple and the support has been great. Tomas K from Referral Candy has been helpful throughout the set up process, and has offered detailed advice the whole way through.
Incredibly easy set up, really easy to use, and exceptional round the clock customer support. Super happy with this app for customer referrals and affiliate program.

this app has been very helpful with growing our business and customer base. Working with Valerie as a CSM has been very easy and she has been super helpful. Easy to set up. Still trying to figure out how to limit referral discounts so that onky the referrer see it. Other than that the sysstem works well for referring.
Looking forward to trying this app. Chatted with their agent, Tippy, who was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all the features. He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers...

This app is cool. // 1. Result: I signed up a few days ago. I already got additional sales transaction because of Referral Candy. The tracking works. // 2. Features. The features of the app is good. (2-1) I can send referral invitation email blast to existing customers to ask for referrals. (2-2) I can put widget on my Shopify page, and (2-3) I can put referral sign up on my Shopify store as a separate page as well. There seems to be more features but all the technical feature I wanted were already there. // 3. Customer Support: The support team is great. I talked with Benz and Tomas for on-boarding and technical issues, and they were fantastic. They clearly understood the intention and problems I was working to solve. I've never seen any services offering such nice Customer Support ever. // 4. Pricing: I think this app offers low pricing compared to other apps. It does have commission based pricing, but if it can really boost my sales that much, I don't mind paying the commission. // I hope this app will give me more sales in the following months.
Jon in customer service was kind enough to extend my trial since I didn’t really use it in the time frame I had. He replied to me quickly and it bodes well for their customer service in the future :)
