Clean and simple interface, and quick to setup. Seeing incremental revenue within month of implementing. Customer support (Derek) had some useful tips too.

I've certainly had some frustrations with Referral Candy over the years, but I will say I think they are continuing to improve and have great customer service. Tomas helped me figure out a big issue with customizing my referral theme and was a huge help. I like that it's easy to get in touch with someone whenever I have a problem.

We began using Referral Candy and so far are happy with the app. Set up is pretty simple and I find the UI to be intuitive and easy. We haven't seen a huge impact to sales yet, but we've just soft launched, so am hopeful this will pick up once we begin promotion in earnest. Just want to say that where Referral Candy team has shined the most for me is with customer service. Benz in particular has been a HUGE help, and responded almost immediately to any and all inquires I've had regarding set-up and use of the app.

Thank you for making a great referral app RC! I like that I can create different programs for referral; and ultimately that you make many different pay back options to our customers who are sharing the love. Overall a very good app. As with any app, there are limitations and enhancements/flexibility that could be made to accommodate different business models. Customer support has been great - Benz has been diligent in making sure our set up was optimized as best as possible.

Haven't really gotten started with using the app just yet, but got excellent support from Jon in setting things up.

Overall the app is good for the price, but I do wish there were more drag-and-drop style customizability for the template, previews available for all emails, and integrations with other apps like Klaviyo.

I had some questions about the App and Tippy informed me on the different ways to optimize my campaign in such a timely manner!

We did not rate the app 5/5 as we are still on a Free trial version, but so far we are pretty happy with it! Also, we could easily put 5/5 to customer service as it was perfect! Tomas K. was very reactive and helpful! Great experience! Will recommend!
