We've only just signed up to Referral Candy and haven't had too much experience using the system yet but the support so far has been exceptional. Dwight has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. He did a fantastic job of explaining all of the features and functions to us in a way that was simple for us to understand. We're really looking forward to testing out Referral Candy over the next few weeks and learning more about it with Dwight's help.

I just started using this app and had a few questions during the set up process. John from support was very helpful and quickly resolved the issues I was having. I also appreciate the emails they send out with suggestions and case studies to help you set up your referral program for success. Happy so far with this app.
This is the first time I write a review - Incredible bad customer support, UI not clear. Fo three days I was chatting with customer support without any clear guidance how to send me mails out. The only thing they could say was "Let me ask our engineers"
I gave up.
And for canceling my subscription I needed to contact support.
I am since 2019 using Shopify apps never encountered such a bad experience.
My colleague with even more experience has the same opinion.

We understand that the concern that you had started when your colleague missed to hit the SEND EMAIL option, and so, we offered to have the emails sent on our end. This was scheduled for action today - which we confirmed with our engineers. Our intention is to make sure this is resolved for you. We will be reaching out to you in the hopes of providing you a better experience.
App support is too good but in app you need to give the more feature like where we want to show that pages and popup these kind of option if you give so it's more easy to integrate.

Dwight was really helpful in getting me to learn about the software. It is much simpler than what I thought it would be. I am really looking forward to try this software out and hoping it will increase my sales!

I just tried this app. Quite easy to use. Looks fine. Tom helped me when I have some questions. Very fast response.
I had initially written a 5 star review after being asked to many times by the (bordering on obsequious) customer support team.
Setup was fine, if rather time consuming.
Once in the testing phase, I noticed a couple of bugs - social media links didn't work on what they call the 'Share Page' and on mobile view , a horizontal scroll bar was visible on the front end - a sign that an element on the page was overflowing (a sign of poor web dev).
It's now been three weeks since raising the issues with support. Neither have been resolved and I was in fact told that to sort the mobile responsiveness issue, I should hire a web developer - TO FIX THEIR OWN POOR WEB DEVELOPMENT!
This left me pretty flabbergasted, to say the least.
I'm not a perfectionist, but we do have high standards and sloppy design like horizontal scroll on mobile and broken social links I'm afraid, fall way short.
