They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses.
The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.
Mardie was able to quickly help me with a situation and guide me in the right direction to resolve my issue.

Derek was a huge help with the app integration :) Haven't used the app yet so can't comment on that, but integration was easy!

Tippy provided great assistance in creating several new accounts, for our multiple shops, so that they are running as we need :)

We have been using Referral Candy for a very short time and I love that anytime I have a question or doubt as to how to use the back end, Tippy is always there to help with the best attitude and suggestions.
