I had a wonderful experience with Dwight who helped me get the program going!! Referral Candy is a good program that helps refer clients.
This company has GREAT customer service, which is important because you really don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to something as important as a customer referral program. Our support person, Tippy, is super dedicated, he responds within 1-3 minutes normally (which is fantastic), he even met with me via Google Meet during his lunch break to go over the settings on our page. Could not be happier with their performance so far.
We will update this review as we get more acquainted with the company, but so far they're excellent.
Very good, have used for years and is now a predictable revenue stream for the business.
Customer support is fast and responsive and would recommend to any new or existing store to increase referral sales.

Referral Candy is a great tool for anyone that needs to sell more on Shopify.
